Holiness in our Midst

SESSION XVII: ON SMALL CHANGES

What is one small change you would like to make in the coming year? Mine is very simple: to eat more fruit.

Gone are my complicated New Year’s resolutions of the past, each involving a major overhaul of my entire being. Of course, they all failed. My philosophy of life change now? Set exceedable goals. So, at 12:01am on January 1 of this year, I will eat a banana. I will have already succeeded in reaching my goal. Thereafter, any apple, pineapple, orange, grape or kiwi I enjoy will heap success upon success. I may even lose some weight. Cheers to the New Year!

Do you have a small change to make?
